International: United States, Canada, and Japan.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination. Below are the general ranges:

  • Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): from €4.90

  • European Union: from €9.90

  • International: from €18

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over the following amounts:

  • Spain: from €80

  • European Union: from €150

  • International: from €200

Taxes and Customs Duties

All prices include VAT for countries within the European Union. Orders shipped outside the EU (such as to the United States, Canada, or Japan) may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

  1. Products Eligible for Return We accept returns in the following cases:

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

    • We recommend using a courier service with tracking, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
